I also hate cellphones and text messaging, and I've pretty much taken a big steaming one on instant messaging.

If I wanted to be found, I'd let people find me. :)

Well, that's it. I'm officially throwing in the towel.

Life has been so busy these days that I can't find the time to roleplay even on my own game, and when I log on I have no motivation to do anything.

Those of you who want to say "I told you so" or "HA HA!" go right ahead.

To quote Lethal Weapon, I'm too old for this shit.

Sometimes the internet makes me wonder if I'm the only person in the world that has the ability to still be friends with someone I've had an argument with.

I'm going to close down Rockman MUSH for a week or two. The game, it's staff, and it's players, need a breather for a little while. Time to relax, detox, enjoy the holidays. Time to research and regain our bearings. I'll be back up soon, and hopefully we can all get back to having fun.

I have to set something right, and I don't know if I can.

Dear Authors of Anime/Video Games/Comics/etc.

Where did all the interesting female characters go? Did you really have to pander to merchandising and fall into the same tired cliches? If we're truly living in a world where the only way people will shell out for some kind of story is if there are OMG TITTIES in it, I will weep for our devolution as a species.

It's hard to find a female feature character I'd want to play. The tiny handful of interesting girls is usually taken, leaving behind only the usual crap: The pure virgin, the sporty lesbian, the raging bitch, the sexy villainess (who drops her panties for the hero), the hopeless nerd who is obviously actually hot but purposely downdressed, the OMG SO CUTE diabetic coma peppy girl, the Aeris.

Misty is Maylu is Amy Rose is Kid.
